My primary focuses are releasing nerve compressions in horses that cause restrictions and undiagnosed lameness, and teaching owners how to develop their horses' bodies under saddle through intrinsic motivation and proper movement to prevent injury and further nerve-related problems.

I am highly valued by veterinarians around the world and am quickly changing the way we see our horses for the better.

Over the last several years, I have carefully reverse-engineered my bodywork knowledge and history as a competitive rider and trainer to dissect the core reasons why horses struggle so much in the same places. I have developed a unique lens and ability to body map the condition of the horse to find its strengths and weaknesses.

And it all starts with connection.

At its core, my focus is on honoring and empowering the horse, allowing the journey toward the deepest connection between horse and human to inspire growth and deepen our connection with ourselves.

Fundamentally based in a practice of liberty, I bring elements of those teachings to every interaction, whether practicing high schools of classical dressage or working to develop cooperative care protocols for the horse. Utilizing a deep understanding of equine psychology and behavior, learning science, classical training principles, and the equine body, as well as energetics and connection, my approach synthesizes cutting-edge modern concepts with ancient wisdom and deep knowledge.

For over 30 years, I have made a living in the saddle, alongside my husband Wacey, focusing on land stewardship, stock management, and horsemanship.

My journey began in a generational rodeo family and has evolved through decades in various roles within the horse industry, shaping a deep connection with horses.

Influenced by some of the greatest, often unknown, horsemen, I aim to share my knowledge and experiences to inspire and educate others.

My passion extends beyond working cattle; I embrace the Old California Vaquero style of bridle horse development, emphasizing balance and connection with the environment.

I am dedicated to preserving this art form by teaching its history and relevance to modern horsemanship. 

Additionally, I advocate for breeding, training, and riding horses for soundness. Integrating the Balance Through Movement Method (BTMM) by Celeste Lazaris into my program, I strive to promote balanced, healthy relationships between horses and their owners, ensuring safe and happy partnerships.
