Day One — Obstacle Illusion Clinic

📍 Aptos, California | September 13
💲 $300 — One time payment

Build lasting confidence by working from the inside out.
You’ll start with your own nervous system, then bring those skills to your horse so you both feel grounded, connected, and ready.

Session 1 — Human Nervous System Reset + Groundwork

  • Learn to notice early signs of dysregulation in yourself

  • Practice staying present instead of reacting from past or future fears

  • Let go of stories about what your horse “will” or “won’t” do

  • Work each obstacle for yourself first before involving your horse

  • Finish with groundwork focused on timing, boundaries, and handling skills that transfer to the saddle

Session 2 — Horse + Human Obstacle Work

  • Apply your regulation skills with your horse

  • Navigate obstacles without rushing or creating shutdown

  • Learn to read thresholds and build real confidence in new situations

  • Anchor your horse’s calm by staying steady yourself

Bonus

  • Supportive, like-hearted community

  • Tools that go beyond technique into lasting nervous system awareness
