Hello — We’re Reconfiguring and We Would Love Your Input

We’re currently at full capacity and closed to new boarders, which makes this the perfect time to reassess how things are running — not just for the horses, but for the long-term sustainability of the boarding facility.

While we love the level of care we’re able to offer, we’ve realized that the current setup simply isn’t financially sustainable. In order to continue offering high-quality, individualized care while honoring the time, energy, and resources it takes to run this place, we need to reconfigure how we operate in a way that works for everyone involved, including our team.

As part of this transition, Amber will be taking over the day-to-day management of the facility, while Teresa steps back to focus on other projects. We're excited about this next chapter and are committed to building something that works better for the horses, the humans, and the long-term vision of this space.

We’re looking closely at pasture groups, herd dynamics, shelter needs, stall usage, and overall systems. This is a full reset — one final big shuffle to get things where they need to be for the health, safety, and long-term function of the boarding facility.

This form is your chance to share what matters most to you — your horse’s ideal setup, your priorities, and anything else you’d love us to consider. While we may not be able to accommodate everything, we truly want your voice in the process as we map out the next phase.

You’ll also see tentative 2025/2026 pricing included at the bottom of this page which we are assessing. This isn’t a bill or a commitment — it’s simply there to help you make informed choices as you consider what’s ideal for you and your horse moving forward. We will send out a 60 day notice prior to the finalized pricing structure.

There will also be a work trade option available for those interested. If you’d like to be considered for that, be sure to indicate it on your form.

Please complete and return your form by August 11th so we can include your input as we plan ahead.

Thanks for being part of this herd,
Pleasant Valley Family
