I’m Amber Lydic, a mentor, guide, and facilitator of deep transformation through the mirror of the horse. My work is rooted in creating safe, authentic spaces where people can explore their emotions, shift their patterns, and reconnect with their true selves.
With a background in Horse Training, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, I help individuals move beyond mindset shifts into full-body awareness—where real change happens. I believe that our horses reflect both our challenges and our strengths, showing us where we need to heal, grow, and step more fully into who we are meant to be.
My approach is not about “fixing” anything—it’s about guiding you into a new level of awareness, presence, and connection, both with yourself and the world around you. Through this journey, I walk alongside you, offering insight, support, and tools that empower you to step into the fullest expression of yourself.
If you’re ready to see yourself through new eyes, deepen your understanding, and embody the transformation you seek, I’m honored to guide you.
