Â
What if the story you tell about your horse (and the people in your life) isnât a reflection of who they truly are...but a reflection of who you believe them to be, shaped by your own experiences, perceptions, and past?
Your horse sees you as you truly are.
They respond not only to your actions but to your emotions, your energy, and your unspoken stories.
And just like in life, the way you show up in the barn is the way you show up everywhere else.
- The way you seek connection with your horse is how you seek connection in your relationships.
- The patience (or frustration) you feel mirrors how you relate to others.
- The trust you build with your horse reflects the trust you have in yourself.
Because connection doesnât start with your horse.
It starts with you.

A warm welcome from your guide Amber LydicÂ

Iâm Amber Lydic, a mentor, guide, and facilitator of deep transformation through the mirror of the horse. My work is rooted in creating safe, authentic spaces where people can explore their emotions, shift their patterns, and reconnect with their true selves.
With a background in Horse Training, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, I help individuals move beyond mindset shifts into full-body awarenessâwhere real change happens. I believe that our horses reflect both our challenges and our strengths, showing us where we need to heal, grow, and step more fully into who we are meant to be.
My approach is not about âfixingâ anythingâitâs about guiding you into a new level of awareness, presence, and connection, both with yourself and the world around you. Through this journey, I walk alongside you, offering insight, support, and tools that empower you to step into the fullest expression of yourself.
If youâre ready to see yourself through new eyes, deepen your understanding, and embody the transformation you seek, Iâm honored to guide you.
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS AND I HAVE ANSWERS!
Is there a time frame I need to work in?
Is there personal support available?
What if I can't make the live calls?
I don't ride my horse, is this still valuable?
